Explanation of Charges
Cleaning Fee - There is an additional $75 cleaning fee on all stays less than 7 nights.

Deposits - There is a 50% deposit on all reservations due 60 days in advance. Additionally, there is a security deposit, which is refundable at the end of your stay. For more information about the deposits and the payment schedule, see the Terms & Conditions page.

Discounts - We provide discounts off the advertised nightly rates for stays of 1 week or more. The discounts increase as the length of the stay increases. Some monthly stays can see discounts of over 50%!

Minimum Stay - We will allow stays as short as 3 nights if dates have not been filled within 30 days of the current date, or if there are free dates between 2 bookings. Contact us for more details about specific dates.
